The blockbuster movie 2012 lived up to the hype of an epic disaster film. Surprisingly, the movie is entertaining with decent acting and only hints of corny dialogue. Of course it was filled with unbelievable escape-from-disaster sequences but what else can you expect from a blockbuster movie.
For those interested in the Mayan prophecies and theories about 2012, you will be disappointed as the movie only briefly touches upon the subject. A quick synopsis of the cause of the world cataclysm is presented with only a couple of references to the Mayan calendar prophecies. But in the end, it is still an entertaining movie with incredible special effects.
I went to watch the movie 2012 and it was one of those movies that you see for the special effects. If you dont like scary movies, you might not really like it. I am not saying it’s scary but it is in some parts. There is no blood or anything, wich is good. I would give it 7 stars out of 10.
OH MY WORD…PEOPLE THIS IS NOT A JOKE…THE END OF DAYS ARE COMING..I WAS WATCHING A NOSTRADAMUS 2012 ON THE HISTORY CHANNEL LAST NIGHT AND I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO LOSE MY UPPERS..AT THE RISK OF SOUNDING INSANE WHEN I SAW THE 3 MOONS..IVE SEEN IT AND I DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT MEANT SO I BLEW IT OFF TILL I SAY IT LAST NIGHT ON THE SHOW..NOW I GET IT,,ITS A VISION THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME..A WARNING U MIGHT SAY..AND IVE LINKED IT TO THE CROP CIRCLES..NOT THE LAST ONES THAT PEOPLE STARTED TO BE A HOAX, BUT THE FIRST ONES THAT WERE SPOTTED..CAN U NOT SEE WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY…I ADMITT I COULD NOT SEE IT EITHER BUT ITS ALL CLEAR NOW..TELLING US ABOUT THE PLANETS THEY WILL BE LINING UP..THE END OF DAYS..NOW THAT IM AWARE OF WHAT IS GOING ON I CAN SEE IT EVERYWHERE NOW..AND NO IM NOT CRAZY..BUT I WILL TELL YOU THAT IM GOING TO GET MY DUCKS IN A ROW BEFORE ITS TO LATE..AND IM THINKING THAT U ALL BETTER DO THE SAME…THIS WORLD WAS MEANT TO BE ABOUT LOVE AND HELPING EACH OTHER.BUT INSTEAD IT HAS TURNED OUT TO BE NOTHING BUT ABOUT MONEY AND GREED..LIKE TO SEE HOW FAR THAT GETS ANYBODY.IM THINKING MONEY WILL GET YOU NOWERE ANYMORE.SO SHOVE THE MONEY TO A PLACE WHERE THE SUN DOENT SHINE..IT WILL MEAN NOTHING ANYMORE..
